Covid-19 updates for Mess Free customers

Mess Free works with different warehouses around the world that fulfill and ship our orders. We’re in regular communication with them for the latest updates of what’s going on. Our fulfillment partner is still operating and we’re continuing to accept orders. Fulfillment and shipping will take longer but your order will reach you.

The global social distancing measures are affecting our store as well which means order fulfillment and shipping is taking more time than usual. This is a difficult time for everyone and we thank you for your patience. Your support means a lot to us, especially during this time. Stay safe and take care of yourselves.

 

Order delays during Covid-19

For weeks now, the entire world is adapting to a new normal. It has been difficult for us to deal with the changes, and we're hoping it'll be over soon.

You can expect shipping delays. More countries are limiting passenger flights and closing their borders. While this doesn't directly impact cargo, fewer passenger flights mean fewer transit options for shipments and longer lines at borders. If you have an order that's taking a long time, it's likely waiting in line for a cargo plane.

I know this isn't what you guys are used to, so I'm grateful for your patience as you continue coming back to our brand and enjoying our products !

SHIPPING TIME

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse all around the world. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday.

It normally takes 3-5 business days for us to process your order, and the shipping time usually take between 8-17 business days for the US, and 12-20 business days for other countries. please note that some international orders my take 20-25 business days to arrive due to customs/local post office delays.

 

SHIPPING COST

 We offer free worldwide shipping for all your orders.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER

Once your order ships, we will send you an email that includes the tracking number and tracking link of your specific shipper. You can check your order status there.

Please note: It may take 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to be updated and sometimes tracking numbers may change. If after 3 days you cannot get the tracking information of your order, please feel free to contact with us for more information.

 

OUR RETURN POLICY

If you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to return your items, please send your item(s) back to our Distribution Centre in accordance with the following Return Policy:

  •  Items must be sent back within 10 business days of the delivery date.
  • All items requested for return / exchange must not be used or damaged. Items are expected to be in the exact same condition as when you received it, and is in the original box and/or packaging with all tags, if any. 
  • You can choose between a refund in store credit or a refund to your original payment method.
  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received at our Distribution Centre.
  • We do not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.

 

*PLEASE NOTE ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE*

 

Additional notes: The return processing time-frame does not include the time needed for your return package to deliver to our facility. Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several days to reach us. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Mess Free will not issue store credit for your returns.

Defects:

  • If you received a defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt via email

  • Please explain nature of defect and include photos or video, otherwise no cover will be claimable.
